weigh 10 g of dried plant material in dry glass jar, add 100ml of 70% ethyl alcohol to immerse, leave to macerate overnight

melt 40g of petroleum jelly, add herbal extract 10ml and stir, once uniform add 3 drops of rosemary essential oil and mix, remove from heat and pour the mixture in a jar, allow to cool
