Reinforced ETT recommended
Eye protection
head ring or support to keep head in line with body
Arms adducted (at side) or abducted (flexed at elbows to lie along side head) -take care of IV lines, probes
Padding at shoulders, hips, knees & feeet
Check tube position once patient turned
Breast and genitalia
place pillows under hips and shoulders leaving abdo free fro breathing
