-for schizophrenia, helps control motor movements
-causes NMS, neuroleptic malignant syndrome= life threatening
-NMS Signs: high fever, sweating, change in mental status,muscle rigidity, tremors
-NMS signs need to hold drugs, access and stay with client, notify HCP

T: toxic signs (excess urination, extreme thirst, vomiting, diarrhea, tremors, jerks)
H: hold NSAIDS, decreases renal flow
