define psychogenic dysphonia (2)
A
- voice disorders (muteness, aphonia or dysphonia) in the absence of organic pathology or with pathology that is not sufficient to explain the voice disorder
- onset can be linked to anxiety or depression, stress, psychoneuroses, personality disorders
