A

there are 3 different levels of arousal, low, moderate and high. low level arousal is where you aren’t focusing properly on the sport you are playing in but instead looking around and taking in things from the surroundings. Q

what impacts does arousal have on performers.

A

if their arousal is low, they wont be focusing on the game they are playing in but instead are distracted by their surroundings. this means that they could easily slip up and make a mistake which could result in the opposition scoring. however, if they have a high arousal, they would be focused too much and could potentially not see a team or potentially get sent off.
