Anxious or have asthma
Indication for PLB
small airway obstruction/keep airway open
Diaphragmatic breathing indications
promote relaxation and max vent
Segmental breathing indications
Increase chest wall movement
When using accessory muscles, what does that do to your O2 levels?
They use O2 and there is less O2 for other muscles
How can you progress Diaphragmatic breathing with positioning?
Supine, partial sitting, full sitting, standing, during activity
If you your abs during diaphragmatic breathing, what are you using up?
