• Haemoptysis of unknown origin -> aggravate condition
• Pneumothorax
• Thoracic/abdominal/cerebral aneurism - rupture
• Nausea/vomiting
• Respiratory distress
• Recent eye surgery (6/52) - increase intrathoracic pressure
• Physical limitations
