  • Dyspnoea
  • Fatigue
  • Exertional chest pain
  • Exertional syncope
  • Weight gain from Oedema from RV failure
  • Anorexia
  • Abdominal pain in RUQ (passive hepatic congestion)

Examination findings of Pulmonary Hypertension

A
  • Increased intensity of pulmonic component of second heart sound
  • RVF
    • ^ JVP, R-sided third or fourth heart sound. Lef parasternal heave. Wide splitting of second heart sound.
    • Holosystolic murmur of tricuspid regurgitation.
