  • continued breast feeding
  • dicloxacillin 500 mg QID
  • if mild allergy cephalexin 500 mg QID
  • if severe allergy, clinda or erythromycin

  • consider augmentin or something with beta lactamase inhibitor
  • US/eval for abscess
  • consider MRSA possibility
