Tell me a little bit about yourself.
I am recent graduate of the University of North Texas. I majored in digital retail with a minor in hospitality and tourism. I have been in the customer service in industries for the past ten years. Where I have developed important skills with working with customers in a fast pace environment.
On of biggest strength is my ability to communicate, by this mean I listening effectively to needs of customer’s, to ensure they have the right product that will solve their problems.
So of my other strengths include my attention to detail, problem solving and my analytical capabilities. I enjoy working under pressure and learning about new products and working towards measurable goals.
I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time.
I feel with my experience combined with my education, make a very good fit for the position and would very excited to join your team.

Strengths:
I have excellent time management skills, I am organized, efficient, and take pride at excelling at my work.
Weakness:
In the past I have slightly struggled with speaking in front of large groups of people, however I really strong about speaking to smaller groups of people and really good and communicating one on one. I have overcome the problem through proper preparation, and recently I was able to participate in a two day iSpeak presentation class. I’m still working on it, but I do feel that I have come a long way.
Biggest Achievement:
One of my greatest achievements was graduating within the time frame I set for myself while having a baby. I am really self-motivated, I took 5 or 6 class a semester along with a full load in the summer semester. I believe my determination is what carried me through and will care me through and allow me to do many great things for Academy as well.
Why should hire you:
I have high energy and a great work ethic. I have been told from a previous manger that my drive for results sets me apart from other employees.
Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer/person and how you handled the situation:
As a trainer at buffalo wild wings I would have to have to find the best ways to teach a trainee the material because ever one learns differently because I felt their success was a reflection of me. Because BWWS is a very fast past environment, I had one particular trainee that….
What type of work environment do you enjoy working in and feel that you are most productive
One that is fast past pace and adaptive and encourages commitment and communication.
Motivation:
I’m very results-driven. Doing a good job and achieving the desired end result would my primary motivation.
Team work:
While I enjoy working on a project on my own, I’m particularly motivated by the buzz of working in a team. It’s very rewarding working closely with others who share the same common goal. I like to take on a challenge; I like to rise to that challenge as part of a concerted team effort – and I naturally appreciate it when my boss compliments me for a job well done.
Tell me about a time when you participated in a team project and someone on the team did not follow through with their commitment. What did you and/or the team members do to help finish the project on time?
Just last semester I had a final project where I was assigned to group of 5 students and two of the students dropped the class and one of the other two students would never show up to the group meetings.
What can I bring?
Strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative) leadership skills, excellent relationship being and the ability to from and execute a business strategies.
Why did you chose UNT?
I choose UNT’s Digital Retailing program because I felt that it was very unique and innovative. I like that I could take my graphic design background and apply it towards the business end of merchandising, while still being able to enjoy the creative expect.
Classes/ what have you learned?
I have learned about the merchandising processes, marketing, consumer segments, design architecture, analytical and computer skills.
Would make me good at this role and why I want to work for the company.
I believe that I will do well in position because I have relevant skills and experience. I also have the drive, interest and determination to make really successful at this role.
