A

The consequences related to them really separates them, laws have a more serious consequences while rules only have a minor consequence. Laws are the legal version of rules.

How has case law evolved since the reign of Henery II???

A

Case law made the law more consistent and fair, it creates a jury, sent out assizes to talk to people in other towns/places to talk about disputes and important matter like taxes! He created circuit judges that travelled to villages to have a travel court.
