Full Time Equivalent

0.748 Mills Discretionary Compression
if any school district levies the full 0.748 mill levy, and it generates an amount of funds per unweighted FTE student less than the state average, the school district shall receive a discretionary compression supplement shall equal the state average.
ESE Guaranteed Allocation
