But there is no evidence that these numbers are solely based on racism. The only thing we do know is that people (including police) hold implicit stereotypes of black people.

A

Police are mistrusted within communities. Police are very connected with eachother and will choose to protect a fellow worker over a citizen. In a sense they are isolated, they spend their time working to stop crime and enforce law. This puts them in their own bubble and away from the inner workings of the general public
