Malignancy of retina in early childhood that usually require removal of eye
Retinopathy or prematurity ROP
Occurs in some infants who are born prematurely

Opacity of the lens that restricts the passage if light, usually bilateral.
Cortical visual impairment CVI
Caused by brain problem
Glaucoma
Causes increased pressure in the eye because of blockage in normal flow.
Macular degeneration
Progressive degeneration of the macula
Retinas pigmentisa
Caused by a variety of inherited retinal defects
