change of fingertip colour to white - blue - red (well demarcated)

diagnosis of raynauds

A

clinical diagnosis, look for tissue loss, ulceration and gangrene, nailfold capillaroscopy to distinguish primary from secondary

smoking cessation, warm gloves, dihydropyridine calcium channel blockers, phosphodiesterase inhibitors and IV prostacyclins
