1. M pattern / RSR’ in V1–V3
* (Additional R in V1–V3)
2. Broad QRS
3. Broad S wave in V5–6 & aVL
4. T wave inversion in anterior leads
5. Early part of QRS normal β†’ LV activates normally
6. Axis unchanged β†’ LV activates normally

➀ In complete RBBB:
⭐ Normal QRS duration but
RSR pattern in V1–V3

A
  • If isolated RBBB & no other problems β†’ leave alone
    • If ↓ EF < 35% or heart block β†’ PPM
      (Do not respond well to pacing)
