β Independent indicator of mortality in CAD
β β EF, LV dysfunction
Management
- If isolated RBBB & no other problems β leave alone
- If β EF < 35% or heart block β PPM
(Do not respond well to pacing)
- If β EF < 35% or heart block β PPM
