A

-One person sits with their arm resting on a table
-Another person holds a ruler vertically above their hand, at the 0 cm mark
-The ruler is released without warning
-The person tries to catch the ruler as quickly as possible
-Record the measurement on the ruler where it is caught
-Repeat and calculate an average
