-wanted the 6 articles
-angry about the common prayer book not having a clear P or C decision
-wanted more C
-hostility to enclosure- Cornwall had to have sheep on land so felt she tax was taking them for no reason

A

-wanted a more economically fair society
-enclosure and rents had increased bc of inflation
-felt JPs and gentry not governing effectively
-didnt like Flooddrews greed (destroyed abbeys)

-floodrew encouraged them to attack kett
-local auhotities powerless bc large group
-rebels take Norwich - 3rd biggest city

-3000 rebels slaughtered

A

-intended to march to London only got to Exeter
-1497 under hii rebels move all way to London - this doesn’t happen under ed , good bc harder to suppress
-aim= not political unlike simnell and warlock under hvii
-exeter didn’t fall
