differences between cbt and rebt

A

Cbt our thinking is distorted and leads to negative emotions. REBT our emotional disturbances are caused by irrational beliefs. Cbt changes the perception or interpretation of an experience. Rebt changes the underlying belief system that led to the interpretation in the first place.
