A

Autopilot / Autothrottle - Disengage
Pitch - Lower to recover airspeed
Thrust - TO
Bank - if nose down inputs are not successful in achieving a nose down pitch rate, pitch may be controlled by rolling the aircraft.

AP / AT - disengage
Pitch - lower
Wings - roll level
Thrust - TO
Speedbrake - retract
Return to desired flight path

A

Simultaneously:

TO/GA - press
Thrust - max
Pitch - climb
Speedbrake - RET
Flaps & Gear - retract on schedule

Then:
Climb to safe altitude

Lateral Path - Comply with ATC
