A

Cheaper than traditional methods of advertising eg: local and national newspaper ads

Access to a wider pool of candidates since the internet is global

Two way communication, traditional is normally on things like newspapers which is static (one way communication)

A

Dealing with online queries from applicants is very time consuming

Too many people with the incorrect qualifications and skills may apply

A

All employees must be treated equally (race, religion, gender, disability)

REASONABLE adjustments must be made to buildings (ramps, toilets, lifts etc etc)

Employees shouldn’t be discriminated in relation to sex, race, gender identity, religion, marital status.

A

An example could be if someone of a certain race is needed for a certain acting role or modelling.

A

Ban display of flags, emblems, posters, graffiti or singing songs that may cause offence to others.

Must register with the equality commission if they have more than 11 or more employees and submit all data regarding religious composition of their staff.

Obviously if a Hindu priest is required it will have to be a male religious man
