What does SBAR stand for?

What are the three main clinical signs of meningitis?
Nuchal rigidity, Kernig’s sign, Brudzinski’s sign.
What is Kernig’s sign?
When the thigh is bent at the hip and knee at 90 degree angles, and subsequent extension in the knee is painful. Sign of meningitis.
What is nuchal rigidity?
Inability to flex neck forward due to rigidity of neck muscles.
What is Brudzinski’s sign?
Forced flexion of the neck elicits flexion of the hips. Appears as involuntary lifting of the legs when lifting a patient’s head off the examining couch, with the patient lying supine. Sign of meningitis or subarachnoid haemorrhage.
