A
Don’t want to make proteins unnecessarily because it is expensive to make proteins
- Lots of energy
- Lots of raw material
Also don’t want wrong proteins at the wrong time

A
End product affects enzyme activity by binding to the allosteric site.
Can be either allosteric inhibition or activation - negative or positive

A
End product can effect transcription of pathway enzymes
