A

intra sexual selection
- mate competition
- members of one sex (male) compete with each other for females
- winners get mate
- losers genes are not passed on
inter sexual selection
- mate choice - battle of the sexes
- preference of one sex (females) for members of the opposite sex who process certain qualities (height, muscular)
- inter selection determines intra
