Strength

A

I evidence using diagnostic tools such as DSM give the same diagnosis when used over a long time period (test-retest reliability).
J Brown DSM -IV has excellent reliability scores for multiple mhd as scores for specific phobias are at 0.7 and for OCD it is at 0.75.
E DSM is a reliable diagnostic tool that can consistently identify mhd in individuals over time.
