- Protect people from my hot flushes, to build long-term relationships where both people can consistently be their best selves

- Breathe: and pause
- Intentions: Tune in
- Create: influence the situation positively
- Delivery: thoughtful (with a smile)

- The potential of things: Smiling & excite
- Stressful, defensive, frustrated situations: Slow, thoughtful, skilful

Frustrated Red zone: Soothing my nervous system outwards, releasing the pressure of frustration for a quick hit of release.

Reprogramming my nervous system: Soothe my nervous system inwards.
- Breathe, and let it pass through you.

  • Some things are universally hard and stressful, don’t take it personally.
  • Separate self-doubt about what you’re already good at, from what you don’t yet know and will learn.
  • Don’t take on the burden of things outside your control.
