Explain the aseptic techniques you will use when inoculating agar plates with bacteria

Washing hands thoroughly
Use tools that are unopened (vacuum sealed) sterile syringes
Wipe down surfaces with antibacterial wipes before and after experiment
Sterilise/flame all equipment including inoculating loop, spreader, bottle neck
Wear googles to prevnt contavt between bacteria nad eyes
Antiseptic hand gel
