COPD management

A

1st line) SABA/ SAMA (ipratropium)
2nd line) FEV1 >50% laba or lama (tiatropium) if FEV1 <50% either lama (tiatropium) or LABA+ICS in combined inahlor (Symbicort)
3rd line if FEV>50%: Laba+ ICS
if FEV<50%/ still not controlled then lama +Laba/ICS combines
