CONTINUOUS musical sounds produced as air passes through airways, constricted by edema, narrowing, secretions, or tumors
Wheezes
Type of wheeze located in smaller airways and are high pitched and whistling
Sibilant Wheeze
Type of wheeze located in larger airways and sound like a snore
Sonorous Wheeze
CONTINUOUS dry grating sound
Pleural Friction Rub
Loud high pitched crowing or honking sound louder in the upper airway
Stridor
