Q

what are the two types of reaction time and examples

A

simple reaction time - when there is one specific responce to one stimulus

this choice should produce a fast reaction and responce as the athlete only has one thing to think about - swimmer after the start whistle has gone

choice reaction time - when the performer has to choose from numerous stimuli

the responce is much slower, it can also be when the player has to choose multiple responces once the correct stimulus has been chosen - in football when multiple teammates call for the ball and there are several types of pass to be used
