  • Understanding the role of the facilitator, they are there to lead in a meeting(e.g. support the person whose review it is, considers how the person wants to be at the centre of the meeting).
  • How the individual can be made to feel as comfortable as possible during the meeting. Giving the individual choice over people present at the meeting. The timing of the meeting. The location of meeting.
