Causes of a revolution
A
People questioning the power of Absolute Kings and the “divine right of Kings”

Why did America defeat the British during the war of Independance ?
A
War was expensive and so the British decided that other colonies were more important and that they would focus on them because they were closer and let America have its independance.

What was the Reign Of Terror ?
A
When many people were put on trial before the Tribunal and executed. The Tribunal (court) was set up to deal with people considered ‘enemies of the revolution’. Robespierre was heavily involved with the Tribunal.
