Answer 1

1) Hx of hips or vertebral fracture
2) Bone density T score = 2.5 at femoral or spine
3) T -1 to -2.5, 10 years at fem neck or spine, and 10 year hip fracture prob >/=3% OR 10 year any major fracture risk from osteoporosis >10%
