Who are the Christian faithful?
Those baptized are incorporated into Christ and are called the people of God.
Canon 204. §1 Christ’s faithful are those who, since they are incorporated into Christ through baptism, are constituted the people of God. They are called, each according to his or her particular condition, to exercise the mission which God entrusted to the Church to fulfil in the world.
What are Catechumens?

By this very desire, as well as by the life of faith, hope, and charity which they lead, they are joined to the Church which already cherishes them as its own.
