A
- More MNCs headquarters move into city which require skilled jobs
- rise in education/qualifications and competition
- growth in research and development
- mechanisation (primary and secondary jobs are done my machines)

A
On urban rural fringe

Why is the quaternary sector located there (URF)?
A
- relatively cheaper land
- more space to expand
- not too far from city so it’s accessible to workers/skilled students
