• Complete monthly and yearly forms (100 form, 118)
• Support and promote the departments policy and programs
• Provide fair and impartial supervision to both uniformed and non-uniformed employees to ensure workloads, staffing and priorities are met to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
• Review, evaluate and document work performance and recommend appropriate action as necessary.
• Discuss employee’s issues affecting job performance and offer EAP services if necessary.
