Silver Meadows

A

Created by Justin Lavenue and Dennis Gobis in 2016

the inspiration for this cocktail was to make a crystal clear and unassuming cocktail to the eye, but have it be incredibly complex once the guest takes a siup. It took them a total of six months to perfect the recipe which required a two step clarification process, a fat wash, and a housemade incture
