Build in Hard Strong Old Fashioned Glass, half stir over large clear ice cube, place on glass ashtray
5” cinnamon stick, torched, waved around the glass, and place next to glass in ashtray

2 oz Bombay Saphire .75 oz poet’s cordial Scant .75 oz lime juice 3 dashes umami tincture 2 dashes yuzu concentrate 1 dash foam tincture
Build in cobbler shaker, hard shake over one large mold ice, strain directly into Cardinal Coupe, place used ice cube in drink with spoon

2 oz batch - .75 oz Beefeater 24 gin - Heavy .5 oz basil syrup - scant .5 oz lychee juice - scant .25 oz St. Germain - 1/4 teaspoon St. George Absinthe .5 oz Lemon juice
Short shake, single strain over crushed ice in Hurricane Glass, insert 10.5” metal straw, top with 1-2 oz Sculpin IPA, high & dry ice

1.5 oz Arrete Blanco 1 oz Grapefruit Juice .5 oz Lime Juice .5 oz cinnamon syrup 2 dashes vanilla tincture 3 squints salt tincture
Short shake, single strain over crushed ice in Hurricane Glass, insert 10.5” bent metal straw
Red rose petal, 3 sprays rose water, powdered cinnamon

- .375 oz Tullamore D. E. W
- .125 oz Amaro Montenegro
- .125 oz Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur
- .125 oz Giffard Creme Du Banane
- .125 oz Demerara Syrup
- 1.5 cold brew concentrate
1 oz salted cinnamon cream
Pour batch over crushed ice in Brandy Snifter, half stir to chill, add 5” straw, top with crushed so it’s flush with brim of snifter, shake bottle of cinnamon cream 3 seconds, slowly float the cream over batch in crushed ice until washline is 1/4 inch below rim, low & dry crushed ice
2 lavender sprigs anchored at a 45 degree angle in the ice and leaning to the side

full stir, strain into Nick & Nora

- 2 dashes Abbott’s bitters
6 drops Black Pearl Tincture
pour 2.5 oz into mixing glass, full stir and strain over a small ice sphere into a stemless wine glass

place cocktail in small treasure chest, light incense, allow box to fill with smoke and present
De Rigueur
1.5 oz Evan Wiliiams Bonded 1 oz Grapefruit Juice .5 oz Honey Syrup 1 small grapefruit peel 1 dash foam tincture
full shake over one Large ice cube, singel strain into a Nick & Nora, garnish with 4 sprays De Rigueur Scotch blend (3 parts Balvenie 12, 1 part Lagavulin 16)
