A
  1. Calculate outbound leg
  2. Standard or non standard?
    - 3. Standard = right thumb held before the outbound heading
    - 4. Thumb area is tear drop, after outbound heading for 110° is parallel, then rest is direct
    - 3. Nonstandard = left thumb held after the outbound heading
    - 4. Thumb area is tear drop, after thumb for 180° is direct, rest is parallel
