Trying to attack from Asia to Russia is hard because the urals are in the way. The only way through the European side is Poland, which is pretty narrow making it hard to enter.
Why does Russia’s geography make it difficult to maintain food security for the country?
Very few railway lines go through other countries as it would have to go through the Urals
