a) FF to work in a manner which does not endanger their health or safety or safety of another person. Officer to follow duties of supervisor as per OH&S act.
b) non emergency situation the right to refuse work, officer to follow procedures in OH&S act
c) emergency situation FF can not refuse work
- when inherent to their work
- when refusal would endanger life, health and safety of another person.
