If scabies gone can treat with steroid.
Can also use antihistamine or crotamiton

Malathion 0.5% (no trials)

Fine in pregnancy/BF

Ivermectin (not as effective as permethrin)

Seal clothes in bag for this time (or wash 60c)

How do you apply scabies treatment?

Chin down whole body esp interdigital spaces

30g pack (may need 2)

Let it dry and do not wash off (incl hands) for 8-12 hours (permethrin) 24hrs malathion

Repeat 1 week later

If elderly/v young/suppressed do face and scalp also
