Sleep
- Epworth sleepiness scale: >11 men, >9 for women
-STOPBANG
0-2: Low risk of OSA.
3-4: Intermediate risk of OSA, may require further assessment.
5-8: High risk of OSA, strongly suggests a need for further evaluation.
Transplant

ADHD
