A
allopruinol + meglumine antimoniate
treat any CKD present
plus any other specific treatments

What do we see on haem with Leishmaniasis
A
mild/moderate non-regenerative anaeima (sometimes it is regenerative)

what do we see on biochem with Leishmaniasis
A
hyperproteinemia with hyperglobulinemia and hypoalbuminemia
Kidney parameters can be elevated
