Issues with diagnosis of SZ: Reliability

Inter rated reliability in terms of SZ refers to the fact that two diagnosticians can come to the same conclusion of the diagnosis of SZ from the same manual they are both given. Whaley found inter rater reliability for the DSM +0.11. Maybe because inter rater reliability is so low is bc of allaholia, they don’t speak much so not much information to work with
