Different types of information access

Physical security:
- locks (stops employees with out access from getting into a room.)
- screens (to block the view of employees so they cannot see information on the screens of devices)
- biometrics (so certain employees can access certain rooms within the organisation)

Digital security:
- antivirus/spyware (protect progress bikesafe from viruses and other malware)
- access levels/username & password (so not every employee can access every piece of information)

- primary keys (identifiers that help identify learners/customers)

Contact people to tell them if they have passed or failed

Contact employees to tell them about important details

Can send other information to learners such as when the next exam will be or when an event will be happening.
