The SDGs were created by the united nations. They replaced the millennium development goals (MDGs) they were created in 2015 and had 17 goals to achieve before 2030

What is a program that helps with SDG 3 in malawi
World vision is a Christian organization that aims to help vulnerable children around the world in the hopes that entire generations will have better lives as they become adults. one of the main ways they accomplish this is withe their sponsor a child program where they will connect a donator to a child where the donations contribute towards that child’s health and wellbeing, this may be by monitoring their health and contributing towards the treatment of any illnesses or ailments, it can also be by contributing towards their school costs or ensuring that the child has adequate water and sanitation facilities.
What is a program that helps with SDG 6 in Malawi
Water Aid is a program who’s goal is to work with local governments and organizations to ensure that everyone has access to fresh water for drinking, hygiene, cooking and cleaning as well as adequate hygiene facilities being available to all. one way they participate in this is by making sure that communities know what their rights are regarding water and sanitation this is often accomplished with community action groups.
