What are Sours?

As the name implies, these drinks feature citrus juice in a starring role. The juice is usually lemon or lime, sometimes grapefruit, and we’ll include orange juice by citric default, even though orange juice usually carries little of a sour bite.

Simple Sours, made with a base spirit, citrus juice and sugar (sometimes egg white is added for body and foam), such as a Whiskey Sour or a Daiquiri

Whare are Complex Sours

Complex Sours, in which the sugar is substituted in whole or in part by syrups, liqueurs and/or fortified wines; examples include the Clover Club, the Margarita, the Sidecar, the Corpse Reviver #2, the Last Word and the Cosmopolitan

2: 5 cl Pisco, 3 cl Citron, 2 cl Cane Syrup, 1 cl Æggehvide. Evt. 1 dråbe bitter
3: Shake 12 sekunder og si over i lowball glas med isterninger

1: Blend 4 stk jordbær, 4cl hvid Rom, 4 cl jordbær sirup, 2 cl Limesiurp
2: Hæld i glas og pynt med jordbær

5 cl spiritus, 3 cl citrus, 2 cl sugar cane. Skal der sødt I er det typisk 2 cl sec (Cointreau) og kun 1 cl sugar cane
