superior labrum from anterior to posterior. insertion of biceps tendon onto labrum
Test for SLAP lesion
Pour one out for the homies. Positive test: pain or painful clicking with thumb down, decreased or eliminated with thumb up
decreased range of motion in shoulder found with
adhesive capsulitis and arthropathy
external rotation muscles (jesus wants a hug)
Infraspinatus, teres minor
internal rotation muscles (jesus is hugging)

use one hand to stabilize the scapula, use other to make the patient hail hitler (with a little empty can), positive test is pain

impingement, make patient chin salute, push hand down, holding elbow up
speeds test
against your counterpressure, have the patient straight-arm gesture for “all rise for the honorable judge speeds” pain indicates biceps tendon or labral pathology
