small sac or puched that form on the inner wall of the intestine

Abnormal Outpouchings (diverticula) in the intestinal wall of the colon
Diverticulitits
Complication of Diverticulosis when fecal matter become strapped in diverticula, diverticulitis can occur , pain and rectal bleeding are symptoms
Dysentery
Painful inflammation of the intestines commonly caused by baterial infection.
often occuring in colon, results from food water salmonellae or shigellae
Hemorrhoids
swollen, twisted varicose veins in the recital region.
Ileus
Loss of peristalsis with resulting obstruction of the intestines

telescoping of the intestines “foling into one another”
IBS - Irritable bowl syndrome
Group of GI Symptoms without any structual abnormalities in the intestines.
